Gala Dinner

This year’s Chamber Awards gala dinner is being held at the prestigious Natural History Museum in London on 27th of November.

Enjoy the anticipation of the evening’s celebrations at the Champagne drinks reception before indulging a 3 course fine dining experience.

This years awards will be hosted by television presenters Dermot Murnaghan & Sian Jones and features some new and exciting award categories. Throughout the evening the entertainment will keep you truly mesmerized with upbeat high energy performances. The Awards will culminate with a band at the Awards After Party.

1. PORCHINI MEZZALUNA, MUSHROOM CAPPUCCINO (V):

Fresh durum wheat pasta parcels filled with porchini mushrooms served with a wild mushroom ‘cappuccino’ sauce garnished with sautéed wild mushrooms.

2. VERDURA MISTA', LEMON HERB DRESSING (suitable for Vegans and Gluten/Wheat free):

Sweet potatoes, courgettes, red, green and yellow peppers marinated, roasted and layered Finished with a dill, chive, chervil and lemon scented dressing Garnished with deep-fried aubergine crisps.
1. BRAISED SHOULDER OF LAMB:

Served with crushed new potatoes, roasted baby onions, carrots and curly kale, finished with veal jus.

2. VEGETABLE ‘MILLE-FEUILLE’ (V):

Roasted asparagus spears, wild mushrooms and glazed baby onions layered with buttery puff pastry and finished with a creamy Madeira sauce.
DARK CHOCOLATE FONDANT:

with a melting parsnip ganaché centre, milk ice cream and parsnip foam.

1. Cancellations must be received by 17.00 hrs on 3rd November 2008 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be permitted after this date.

2. Changes to guest names must be made by 17th November 2008.

3. Menu choices must be made by 17th November 2008. Guests with no menu choice by this date will be served the vegetarian option. No changes to menu choice are permitted after this date.

4. Please note tickets will not be issued until full payment has been received.
