Entry Forms
The closing date for the Chamber Awards 2007 awards is June 25th, 2007.
To enter the awards please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the entry form and save it electronically as YOUR COMPANY_CATEGORY.doc, e.g.Britishchambersofcommerce_businessoftheyear.doc.
2. Once downloaded, complete your entry in your own time, making sure to save at regular intervals.
3. Once completed, please email your entry form to awards@chamberawards.co.uk. Please send only the entry form.
4. Completed entries must be submitted by June 25th, 2007.
5. Once you have submitted your entry you will receive a letter of acknowledgement.
You may require additional software like Winzip to open the zip files. To download Winzip, Click here
Please enter your details below to download your entry forms. Once you have clicked download now you will be promoted to save the zip file, this single file once extracted has all the relevant forms required.
Non-Member entry
The Chamber Awards 2007 is now open for non-member entry. The cost of entry is £150 (£176.25 inclusive of VAT).
If you wish to submit an entry form as a non-Member please download your entry pack as normal, once complete, click here to pay.
Please ensure that you include your PayPal Receipt Number in the “Accredited Chamber” box when submitting your entry form.
